FAQs

A procedure to identify and remove the first lymph node(s) to which cancer is likely to spread. It helps determine if cancer has metastasized without removing many nodes.

Cytoreductive surgery removes visible tumours in the abdominal cavity, followed by Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC), where heated chemotherapy bathes the area to kill residual cancer cells.
